I don’t post enough music on BLUE MAG, so here is Elvis Perkins backed by Dearland from earlier this week on Late Show. I think this is the most beautiful song I’ve heard in a long while.

That really is a beautifully polished song, with a very rich background. Kind of like Dylan with the lyrical relentlessness of Paul Simon. Good stuff.

listened to it here first, then by the end of the day it was in very regular rotation on my local radio station.
